Ich progress question

I still see the white spots on my fish, but they look like they are popping up or something? Is this the thing coming out of him? Some look like worms just barely hanging on to his tail. Is this normal? What is the usual progress of them? Thanks!

Since it's only been a few days, your medication shouldn't have had enough time to get rid of all the ich at all. Basically when Ich's attach onto a host, they form an impenetrable shell, where the Ich matures, and would leave the fish to reproduce.

I will try to take some pics. This is his 3rd day of treatment, (4th with the spots) and I am still seeing "sprinkles" on him and I can see him twitching like he is trying to get rid of them. I will check that article out. Thanks!
