If you are talking about a high heat and salt treatment, most definitley. I wouldn't do it with snails in the tank.

I'm talking about a blue liquid called "Rid Ich+". I am wondering if I should take my snails out or if it is ok to leave them in?

I think the Rid Ich and almost any meds for fish will kill snails. They can't tolerate them.

Rid-Ich+ is fine for snails. It is the copper-based medications you must avoid.
