Can i treat ick with aquarium salt?

As long as everything in the tank is tolerant of salt.

Personally, I find the heat method to be simpler and more effective than the salt method.

What is in the tank you are trying to treat?

Tiger barbs

Tiger barbs are pretty durable. If you are sure they have Ich you could treat with salt or heat.

I only see like 4-7 white spots on them is that ick for sure?
