My main tank had ich so I treated it... It went away and about a week later it came back so I am treating it for about 2 days but it is still here..... What do I do???? Waterntemp 80

From my experienc salt and 86 degree temp is the best. Also add a airstone help with your oxygen.

Ich can only be treated at one stage of it's life. This is the Theront or free swimming stage. Temperature dictates how long it takes to get to this stage. Treat your whole tank with a med that contains Malachite green, and Formalin. Quick Cure is a good one for ich. Follow dosing instructions carefully, but continue to treat for several days after all spots have disappeared from fish. Bring temp up to 80 degrees or so,add an airstone to increase surface agitation. If you have loaches or any type of scaleless fish use half of recommended dose. In about 7 to 10 days you should be in good shape:cool:
