Im lost! Help?

I haven't added / changed anything in my tank in quite some time and I have (what I thought) was an ich breakout.

My only problem is that it is only effecting my GBR. Its been about a week now, I have raised the temperature and tried a medication but nothing has changed.

He doesnt seem stressed, still swimming and eating normally and hes not scraping up against anything.

Any ideas?

Your didn't mention any symptoms besides possibly ich, need a lot more information if you want help.

Well there arent any other symptoms! Just the little white spots that look like ich. But it is only on my ram, who isnt showing any symptoms of anything wrong or being under stress.

Water params are good, and havent changed or added anything to the tank, as a matter of fact the ram in question was the last thing added to my tank.
I don't know how else to explain whats wrong.
