Indian gourami sitting upside down?

My indian gourami is sitting upside down in the moss and its back end seems to be curved round when it attempts to swim. It is swimming up and eating when i put food in the tank. Ive been doing frequent part water changes and kept the air pump on since i saw it. There also seems to be two small sore patches on its side. Im not sure of water perameters as i dont have test stuff but my tanks been running for a long time and never had any trouble so i expect its ok all other fish seem fine. Tanks a jewel 180 with an ehiem pro 3 filter. Cheers for any advice.

Cheers, the fish seems to be ok again now after a few more days, not sure what caused it to happen.

I guess swim bladder problem.
