My fish have the skinny disease. What do I use to get rid of it?

What sized tank? What are your water parameters? What other symptoms do they have? If you suspect an internal parasite, you can try feeding them a metronizadole medicated food (if they are still eating) such as Metromeds or Jungle anti-parasite food.
