My dwarf gourami seems to be sick!!!!! It just floats there in the tank not moving very fast. It used to be very active and now it just looks like its struggling to breathe. Can someone tell me what's going on???

We need a few more details to help.
What's the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH and temperature?
What other fish? Any new ones?
When was your last water change?
Tank size?
Any spots, fuzz, growths, unusual marking on the fish?

All levels are good. Tank is 90 liter, no new fish, last water change yesterday. 3 Cory's, 1 algae eater, 10 neons, four guppys, and another dwarf gourami which is perfectly fine. No spots or markings are visible. It just floats vertically near the surface and is breathing heavily, even tho the air bubbler is on.

There is something I think is actually called dwarf gourami disease. I lost one and it sounds like the same as your situation. I'm very sorry for your loss.
