Is Pimafix safe for all fish and inverts?

Last night I found some cottony growth on one of my rainbow fishes pectoral fin. I've just gone and bought some pimafix but wanted some advise before I use it. Is it safe to use on all fish, inverts and plants? Or should I try and isolate the rainbow to treat?(my qt is in use at the moment) Is fungus contagious?

70g planted tank
Cycled. Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 5
Temp 28*C
Stock
Angelfish
Red tail shark
Bristlenoses
Cories
Dwarf gourami
Betta
Neon rainbows
Black skirt tetras
Mistery snails
Guppies

I read melafix is bad for laberynth breathers is pimafix the same?

Well I made my decision and I took the new fish out of qt and put it in my dt. I decided to risk it in my dt and put the rainbow in my qt to treat so I'm not exposing the rest of my fish to the medication.
