My cory had one like that. That is not ich. If it's dangling on the fin like my Cory's was...just gently pinch it off w tweezer or fingers. It never came back after I removed it. Lfs told me to do that

It's probably a little fungus...what is your temp at...Goldie's like it cooler while guppies like it warmer. Hard to have the two together.

Or you could just wait to see if it clears. Do extra water changes. Keep water clean...
Also...goldfish are cold water fish and guppies are warm water fish. What is your temp at?
