Is this ich?

Does my pleco have ich? I was reading about it earlier and now I'm paranoid.

It's hard to tell from the photo but I believe it is ich. You can tell if the spots look raised off the fish

I can see white spots? Does it look like he's sprinkled with salt?
If he does then raise the temp up to 30, add an extra air stone for oxygen and do pwc with gravel vac every second day, it will get worse before getting better. Keep the heat up for an extra 7-10 day's after last visible spot.

I agree start treating now it could spread to all the other fish otherwise. I went on a two week vacation when my tank struck with ich and lost two plecos, a school of platies, a school of mollies, two pearl gouramis and 3 sword tails. The longer you wait the worse it could get.

remember pleco's are considered scaleless so be cautious on how you treat
