Is this spot ich?

I just brought this little guy home and absent mindedly put him in the main tank instead of the safe test tank first. I took him out after a few minutes when i noticed the white spot. Is this ich? If so how should i handle it?

pic is kinda blurry but see if the spot looks like it is on his skin or it is rounded. ich is small cysts so you will be able to see it as a little bump.

I haven't ever seen ich with only one spot, if there are more in the next day then it definitely is
