It is Ich or something else?

Ok So i have a fancy goldfish in a 20 gallon tank. Recently I noticed that he has some weird looking whiteness going on his head. It doesnt really look like ich, though. I am absouletly puzzled. it looks like the puffy part on the top of his head had like a white tint. Other than that, he is an healthy as a horse! He has a good appetite and is very active. What do you guys think? I will try to attach a pic.

Ich looks like salt grains. Does it look fuzzy/furry, or is his headgrowth (also called 'wen') just whitish?

ok it doesnt look like salt grains. It doesnt look furry or fuzzy either. its just like the puffy part of his head (the wen?) is orange, but it looks whitish lately.

It may be the beginning of a fungal infection. My goldies wen turned whitish then he got more white patches. Try some melafix and keep the water pristine.
