Just lost my dwarf flame Gourami

So sudden....

Was fine this afternoon, and noticed he had lost his Nav control.

Did partial wc yesterday. All water params look normal.

So far, all other fish in tank behaving normally....

Yes, watchful waiting is about all you can do at this point. You could have brought something in on the plants, but then again, at this point it could be anything or nothing.

Well, if u have any advice pls feel free to share.

He was my only gourami, but I'd have another.

I'd like to know if DG is a real thing. Fish that die mysteriously after 6mo or a year could be caused by any number of causes
