Kanamycin Dosage Help Please

I bought some kanamycin powder from ebay but it came with no dosing instructions. Anyone know how much to use in a 20 gallon aquarium?

This is per fish pharmacy;
Kanamycin Sulfate Powder
USE: Gram-negative bacteria and resistant strains of tuberculosis. Works especially well in salt water aquariums.
DOSAGE: 1/4 teaspoon per 20 gallons of water.* Treat every 24 hours with a 25% water change before each treatment.* Treat for 10 days.* For tuberculosis, use for up to 30 days.
