Kind of parasite?

Anyone know what kind of parasite this is? I've never seen fish lice so I can't say if it is or not but I need to treat it.

It's fish lice.. I pulled 3 off of it's tail.. how do I treat the tank for this? It's a single specimen tank, I added salt about a week ago but that didn't seem to do too much, unless I need to add more.

treat with Life Bearer, Anchors Away, Dimilin, and Parasite Clear (Jungle Labs). good luck.
