What is this on my angelfish ?

Looks like fungus? Is one eye popping?

No his eyes are fine. What causes the fungus how can I cure it ?

The cure is for someone smarter than me with disease. I would start with big water change and then identify cause. Injury, stress, whatever

I wish I had more to help with treatment
