I think like a charm. I have drained and rinsed that substrate and found no evidence of worms. Thank you for the advise

I am tempted to hit the tanks with a therapeutic dose

For the levamisole I would see no problem with it but might want to go another 3 week wait just so it can get something if it is there?
For the PP I use it whenever I want .
I like the 2ppm treatment till the water browns then I water change and dose H2O2 @ 1ml. per g by volume...

How long do you let the 2ppm pp do it’s work before the water change?

As soon as it turns brown it is done.
Usually it doesn't last over 2 hours if you have substrate and filter media in place.
