Losing my blood parrot...

I noticed tonight that my blood parrot/firemouth hybrid was kinda just hoovering in the corner. I went over and realized that he wasnt quite acting normal. I had originally planned to do a water change tommorrow, but I immediately started a 60% water change. I rinsed (not cleaned) my filter media out as well. He is now pretty much nose down (still breathing) in the sand. Guys this was my favorite fish and I was looking forward to seeing him in his new home in a couple weeks...i fear he will not make it through the night Im pretty devistated as this was a pretty hard fish for me to find out here.

Chad, I'm sorry about Slider It's hard to lose any fish, but the ones that have been with us the longest are especially sad to see go. Undoubtedly he was a very loved fish! He was lucky to have you as his aquarist.
