Well this morning i woke up to 3 dead guppies :( the tank has been established for about 2 months now had 6 neons in there for about one
month now.
Iv had the guppies in there for about a week there looked to be doing really well.

80 Gal tank
82 deg water
ammonia 0PPM
nitrite 0PPM
nitrate looks to be 40 PPM "tho all the reds look the same heh"

thanks in advance

Do a water change as 40 ppm is too high IMO. How did you acclimate the guppies? What other tankmates? Anyone that might have been aggressive and nipped at them?

acclimated over a period of a half hour
Tank mates of 6 neons, one oto cat, and some ghost shrimp
tank has nothing but live plants still waiting on my ferts
and going to do a DIY Co2 very soon

you said PWC i have an 80 Gal how much should i change

thanks again

I agree with Zagz regarding the PWC % to lower your nitrates. In regard to the guppies, how long did you have them? Are they from the same source as your other fish?
