Hi all, just looking for some advice. There is a small tubular shaped lump protruding from my golden gourami's gill, right at the bottom of it and only on one side. She's still feisty as ever but wondering if anyone could shed some light. Water parameters are perfect (0,0,<5), 66g tank with 2 opaline gouramis, 2 golden gouramis, 2 BN plecs, 7 penguin tetras, 6 platys, 12 danios and a few snails. I include photos but they are not very good - fish is FAST!

I can't really see anything, Do you think you might be able to net her and put her in a glass or just hold her and take a picture? Is it big? might it be gill flukes or anchor worm?
