Lumpy Betta?

Hi, I just noticed that my Betta who I've had probably about a year and a half now has a big lump on its side. Anyone have a clue? He's in a 29 gallon with 2 red wag platys, 5 Dalmatian Molly's, and a huge pleco. I'm moving soon and plan to upgrade to a tank more appropriate in size for my pleco when I do. (When I got him 3 1/2 years ago he was about an inch long and I had no clue he'd get so big)
Anyway, wondering about this Betta lump. Any ideas?

That second one is easier to see the bump.

Are there any super tiny or other worms coming out of it? You might need a magnifying glass.
