Mollies have ich, kuhli loach

I'm doing the heat method. Clearly can't do salt because of the loaches. I'm creeping my temp up to 86. Is that ok for the loaches? They all seem to be out and about tonight and they don't usually all come out.

I have some loaches two and I had ick you can use salt water buy some blue drops at the store and turn the temp to 84 and my tank has no ick right now and had Molly's two
