My clown loaches

I just noticed these spots on my loaches. Is this ick? what do I need to do to get them back to good health, I noticed one lying around a lot more today. got me worried. I have the ick clear fizz tabs made by jungle, will this help my clowns?

Looks like it. Research ICK for scaleless fish. Usually all u can do is heat and time. 85+

It doesnt look like it has spread to the other fish, they have scales, should I use an ick medicine or just try heat? I dont wanna lose any fish, but I dont want the ick to come back either

If It was me , I would just do heat.

Quick cure is ok for scaless fish

I've used it for puffers

I just got some kordon rid-ich plus. says its not harmful to scaleless fish. lets hope it works. just did the water change and put the kordon in. and I turned the heater up too. so the temp is at 83 or 84
