My fish isn't swing right.

I have had the same fish with the same set up for about 5 months now. But about 2 day I noticed on of them isn't swimming properly. Its fin doesn't look the same either. Any Ideas? Pictures if requested.

Forgot to add it is a 30g tank. I don't know the water quality yet need to get some test strips. And the last water change was yestarday. It has 4 3-4 inch fish and 1 5-6 inch fish.

your not going to get a reply because you told us nothing! what kind of fish,water conditions,tank mates.
