My platy has been staying hidden in my cave for most of the time.. It'll come up and eat but that's about it. Been about a week like this now..I've had for about 3 months just 10 gallon tank or maybe 13.. Also all water levels are fine and I do frequent water changes

How often do you change the water? Small tanks, like a 10 G, need half the water changed a couple of times a week. Platys are livebearing fish and would appreciate a little standard aquarium salt added to their water. A teaspoon or so for every 5 gallons of new, treated tap water is enough.
Keep the water very clean and add a little salt.
