Need help with parasites

I got a crayfish from my local pet store and it has small worms attached to it they really creep me out how do I get rid of them please help ?

Anchor worms? I think praziquentel is the best treatment for anchor worms and flukes.

Do a search for Branchiobdellids. They are common with crayfish. They have a symbiotic relationship and are actually beneficial to them. They may not be great to look at, but you may consider just leaving them alone. If you just cannot stand to look at them, perhaps a salt dip..I'm not sure.
