Neon has lump at the base of his tail

Hey guys I have a 40b planted tank with 3 gbr 7 julii cory 4 oto and 9 neon tetra. Yesterday I noticed one of the tetras had a lump on the base of his tail ph is 7.5 amm and nitrites at 0 nitrates at around 20 I do 50% water changes a week so everythings fine all the fish are doing well I had that neone for about 2 month's now he has that lump wont eat and swims funny =[ ill take a pic wen I get home

Can't really make out the photo.

Is there any colour to the lump or is it a white spot?

There wasnt any color but now its a bit white/discolored and he got more around his belly im startibg to think it might be ntd

I'd say QT if you can. Could be either bacterial infection (see neon picture under this in link below) or ntd (never had this but you can read up on late stage signs).

I have already qt it that bacterial thing looks similar but its not eating I might try and ur some meds

Yes, I think the meds will be needed unfortunately. If bacterial you may get it to clear up.
