I know how to treat ich, unfortunately my 125 gal the loaches and the CAE have ich. My only question is will the cichlids tolerate the temp at 86 F?

YEs, just keep the temp at 86 until all the spots go away, and then keep it that way for 2 more weeks. Whatever you do don't add salt... while that would be ok for the cichlids, it is deadly to laoches ( i lost all my clown loaches once that way) The heat should do the trick, and good luck.
