Old Serpae Tetra with white growth

I have an old serpae tetra in my community tank and he has this weird white pimple like growth on the side of his body. He is as lively as ever and shows no signs of illness or anything aside from this growth. Water parameters are all where they are supposed to be. He is at least a year old. Any advice or information you guys can give me?

Could lympho fit? Just checking but nothing going into the gills and that wasn't an injury before?
