Orange spot on Gourami.

There is an orange spot on my opaline gourami. It seems to be healthy, and eating normal, but I want to see if there is anything I should be doing for it.

I would say it just changed colors. It looks like someone marked it with a highlighter. I'll look at it again whin I get home and comment if it looks any different.
