Oscar's eye is messed up.

Hello,

My mom's Oscar looking bad. His eye is swollen and gray (not black like normal). He is the tank with two parrots and a pleco. She said he is also staying at the bottom and not swimming up right.
2. Sorry she could not tell me the exact parameters, besides tell me the ammonia was high. I suggested keep doing water changes.
3. Not sure , more then 50 I know that.
4 the setup and the fish are both 3 yrs old.

Looks like some sort of Fungal Infection? I recall hearing about a fungal infection that causes swelling of the eyes and graying. That usually results in death. I'm very sorry but I can't remember the name.

Same thing happened to my angel fish, he died.
