Platy and mollie

I currently have 2 male platys and 1 gold dust mollie.
1 platy seems to always be near the surface of the water. while the other 2 stay near the bottom.

my tank has
-4 Rasboras
-4 Neon tetras
-2 plays
-1 golddust molly

tank : 30 gallon

anyone have the same problem ?

Yes, me! Well, some of mine sit by the top of the water but aren't gasping, parameters are fine, it almost looks as though they're sunbathing, then they swim off again and don't do it for a while again, never the same ones either.
Are yours trying to get air or just sitting? I don't understand why mine do it, I have mollies, platys and swordtails in a 69g
