Platy down, others not well

working on stocking my 55 gal. Been slowly adding 3-4 fish every 1-2 weeks. Currently have:
8 Corys
2 SAE's
6 Harlequin Rasboras
2 Mystery Snails

8 days ago I added 3 Red Wag Platy's.
They were all fine, active and eating for 4 days.
Then one started hanging out at the top of the water or hiding in the bushes in the corner at the bottom.
Yesterday I found him dead.
Now one of the others is at the top and the other is hiding at the bottom.
Both aren't interested in eating.

Been testing my water every day. No spikes or concerning changes.
Ph - 7
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 5-10

New to the hobby.
No idea what could be the cause, or what to do.
Afraid I will find two more bodies in my tank shortly.

Help please?
