Platy has bent spine plz help

Recently, I bought a female platy from a questionable store. Now, the platy has a bent spine, and it looks generally very thin and unhealthy. It is barely eating, and looks like its struggling to move. It was not always bent. What should I do? Should I put this fish in a hospital tank? I don't want my other fish to get sick! I have a picture but not really sure how to put it. Thanks!

As noted above, no hope for that one. Might be suffering from fish TB, or a very severe intestinal bacteria infection.
