Please - advice needed!

We just noticed that our two balloon rams have ich! No other fish appear affected. If we isolate them, is there still ich in the tank? Is it worth isolating?

I would leave them there and treat that tank . I use Kordon Ick Attack , but a lot of folks have good luck with higher temps and salt . Google Ick treatments and use the one u r most comfortable with . If the fish are showing signs then it is in the tank . That is why I say treat that tank .
