Please help my tank

I think my fish, one by one, have cloumnaris? Bacteria or is it a fungus?
They get puffy lips and I put them, one by one as symptoms arrive, in a hospital tank. And they die.
2 German rams and 1 angel so far.
The elephant fish, pictus cat, and albino cory show no symptoms yet. I have a 40 gallon and a 5 gallon hospital. I have been using Pimafix for 5 gallon

Go get some med pills to drop in the tank

Do they get white fuzz/slime on their lips/mouth? Pimafix is not going to help here. How do your parameters look in both your tank & qt? It does sound like columnaris which is a gram negative bacterial infection. Kanamycin sulfate would be first choice for treatment. Heres a link with more info and specifics.
