Please help. White pimple like things on tail fin rays

My festae has these, about 4 of them on her tail fin. White or clearing area around the bumps. They are only slightly raised. Definitely not ICH.

I can't figure out what it is and I don't want to medicate randomly. She appears in good health otherwise.

Anyone have experience or thoughts on this?

It looks like the beginning stages of the Lymphocystis virus. Its what I believe I deal with occasionally with tetras I buy from box stores.
