Puffer Constipated?

What can you do if you think your puffer is constipated?! Today I feed mine usually, but i guess maybe alittle more then usual. My other GSP is fine, he's not fat any more, he's back to normal. But my other one is still fat, he has the grey stress line and isn't moving around much. Also he's moving from side to side, kinda like tilting, trying to keep his ballance. What can I do to get him to pass his waste? Thanks!

what are your water parameters, ie...ammonia/nitrite/nitrate, and what are you feeding your puffer.

I feed him frozen blood worms, frozen brine shrimp, frozen squid, live snails, and live black worms. Today I fed the conbination of frozen squid and live black worms. Also, his right pectoral fin was close to his body today, he barely ever used it. Is this clamped fin? Thanks,
