This is a new thing, I've never seen these before, could anyone have any idea what these are? Random white clear sacs.

3 guppies and a 1 pepper cory catfish... Then it'd be a female cory but they'd just be empty eggs since there's only 1 female... And the guppies are male, i believe.

I think it is possible for the Cory to lay eggs without other Corys present. Other fish usually eat them shortly after they are laid.
If space permits, your Cory would greatly benefit from having other corys present (4+)
