As detailed in my other thread, I've been dealing with the outbreak of some white stuff on my fish (ick/fungus). Now, I've noticed that one Corey has red at the base of his pectoral fin, and one of the hatchet fish has a red spot on his eye.

What are your parameters? Quite often redness can be a sign of high ammonia or nitrites.
