Hello All,
I have a 20 gallon tank with 1 dwarf gourami 2 silver tip tetras and one little sucker fish
The tank has some drift wood & minimal live plants.
I have an aquaclear 20 and a 10 gal whisper filter in there for filtration.
I do water changes on average every week, every 2 weeks if I'm not on top of things. I normally replace about 30% of the water & I regularly suction the gravel.
My issue is that one of my silver tip tetras has red gills. He otherwise seems to be fine, no gasping, flaky fins weird behavior, hanging out near the surface or anything.
All my other fish are also fine.
I've read that this problem is often has to do with ammonia so I tried doing more frequent water changes but there has been no affect.
I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas about what the issue might be.
Thanks
