seachem cuprisorb kill my fish?

I did copper treatment and finished couple weeks ago and went through two weekly water changes. my fish was perfectly fine and yesterday i put 100ml cuprisorb packet in my canister...

Later that night I had a glo fish stuck to my filter, next day i found a dead neon tetra....

Does cuprisorb kill fish? My fish were perfectly healthy prior to this and made a full Recovery from ich weeks ago....

It does seem odd but I can't think how they could be related and nothing is mentioned in reviews.

Yes, that's what I can't understand if it is just removing copper/heavy metals I've never heard of an issue and find seachem generally do their research.
