Sick badis! Help me!

Sorry for the dramatic title, I feel like it's the only way to get people's attention. I was checking out my Badis just a few seconds ago, and I noticed it had two white spots near it's tail fin, none of my badis have this, but it almost looks internal? Can anybody help? Here are some pictures of it.

I notice too it's more prominent on is right side..

I can faintly see the spot in the second picture but not enough for any kind of diagnosis. I'm assuming this wasn't there before? The majority of the time if there's a issue daily water changes is my first recommendation, unless there's clearly a disease or parasite.
