Sick balloon molly

My ballon molly is swimming upside down, sideways, straight up and down. The dorsal fin is folded over. Params are 0/0/5 temp is 79. I am running an ac30 and a tetra ex20. Tank has been running for 3 months. Any ideas?

How long have you had the fish? Is it bloated, or any other symptoms? Is it eating? Playing well with others? Does it seem injured in any way? What are it's tank mates?

I have since lost the fish. Still havent found it yet, searched the whole tank. I havent had any ammonia spikes, so I dont know where it is lol.

I beleive the molly was a victim of swim bladder diease.
