Sick betta

One of my female bettas, uma, has become alot more pale, tends to stay at the bottom of the tank and has very stringy white poo.
I feed her live black worms two times a day and fast her every month.
Her water parameters are
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate <20

Iv had her for about 1 year now and I'm totally in love with her <3

Stringy white poo is usually an indication of internal parasites. Also, you may want to take another look at her diet--I'm not sure blackworms alone are the best diet for a betta.

Oh yeah it's just because I'm conditioning her for breeding. Normally I feed her a large variety XD

Might want to throw some aquarium salt in. Cleans parasites out great for overall health

Try to feed medicated food for the bacterial infection and instead of the black worms as a usual diet I would feed betta pellets and black worms every other day. As for your nitrates try to keep them under 10. Your fish won't die if it's higher but it will make it easier for her to recover.
