I think my betta fish has a fungus or bacteria. He has a white cotton looking thing under his gill on his right side. He is still very active and has an appetite. I noticed it today, and I do not think he had it yesterday. What does it like like to you guys? Cotton wool disease, cotton fin fungus, something else?
