Sick blue electric cichlid

What can I do to fix what looks like a swollen eye ... All other fish are fine and water all good ... I think it may have came from fighting with other fish that started as a open wound and became infected

What are your exact water parameters?

pH?
Ammonia?
Nitrite?
Nitrate?

If you could get a picture that would help. It could be an injury from another fish or decoration, or it could be water quality.

It was from my jewel parents they are protecting their fry and the blue electric was trying to eat them n he ate most but the parents killed him before I could get him out but thanks
