sick Colbalt lobster

Hello all, I got a colbalt Blue lobster about 2-3 months ago, it was put in my established 60 gallon cichlids tank. Within the past week the lobster has lost one of his eyes and is loosing his other eye and acting very unhealthy,.. Does anyone gave any advise? Al other fish look fine just the lobster not doing so good. Any heal is appreciated!

Cichlids may be the problem. The only other thing it could be is the crayfish plauge. If this is a Charax that could be the case. AU crayfish can not be mixed with or inhabit a tank that american crayfish have been in. Our crayfish are fine with the disease the Cherax die from it.

Well the cichlids were introduced to the tank at the same time so they have been brought up together. Anything that I can do?
