Sick cory

I have 1 cory that swims funny, is twichy and is breathing heavily. I noticed this a couple days ago. He is darker then the rest of the cories and stays in 1 spot. I have read that he might have velvet. Any help is appriciated.

Yeah all the other fish are acting normally, thats what worries me because this happened out of the blue, one day hes fine and one day hes not.

0 ammo, 0 nitrite, and 5 to 10 nitrates. Everything looks normal.
Except for my ph which is 8.2

No it used to be 7.4.

What did you add to raise it? What are the readings from your tap?

I didnt add anything to it as I heard it makes it worse. I have well water with a ph of 7.4. Geeze im stuck with the weird tank.
